Rebecca Voyles
Director of Middle School
Appointed in 2001
During my teaching career, I have always been a faculty member at small, Episcopal schools. When we moved to San Antonio, I interviewed with schools that fit that description. My interview at St. George left a lasting impression, so I was thrilled when I was offered a position here!
I am an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to my college alma mater, LSU. I love to read novels. My favorites are mystery & true-life crime. My daughter Alex, who is a graduate of St. George, is a junior in high school at Ronald Reagan High School. She plays softball at Reagan and is looking into her college choices. My husband and I are very proud of Alex.
I offer much experience in working with an independent Episcopal church/school community. I love working with middle-school students and I hope it shows. In addition, I am hard-working and organized, but not to the extent that I will not stop to listen to and care about people.
