Annual Fund

Bridging the gap between tuition and cost

Like most private schools, St. George conducts an annual fund raising program to help fund operational needs that are not covered by tuition revenue. At St. George, full tuition pays for approximately 84% of the actual cost of educating a student. The money raised by the Annual Fund campaign helps to bridge this gap. It also provides us with an important means of each year renewing the bonds of community with our valued constituents and supporters. Although the primary focus of the campaign is raising money, in keeping with the spirit of community involvement at St. George, we encourage and welcome contributions of time and energy, as well. Through their generosity, fund contributors help us to keep tuition affordable without compromising academic standards.

Directly Supporting Quality Education

Contributions to the Annual Fund Campaign go to directly supporting programs for our students. The money raised in one year’s campaign goes into the operating budget for the following year. It funds enrichment programs and the state-of-the-art equipment necessary for the success of those programs. It also supports professional development for faculty, ensuring they have access to the latest and best resources and methods of instruction. The Annual Fund also provides financial aid that enables St. George to maintain a school community that is culturally, racially, geographically, occupationally, and economically diverse. This diversity makes the educational process more stimulating for students and leads to a greater understanding and appreciation of others. Through the generosity of our fund contributors, we are able to give parents and students the kind of education they expect and deserve.
